Assessment

FitPlus team will have an in-depth discussion about your health, dietary, metabolic, training, and injury history, as well as your level of physical capabilities, to map out your personal goal with an efficient and practical application that fits your lifestyle.

Personalized training program

When choosing to work with FitPlus on training, we will dive into every detail that maps out an explicit program, ensuring YOU have the right tools to succeed. Volume, Intensity, and Frequency that match your goals, abilities, schedule, and priorities.

We will enable you to progress efficiently with coaching through a periodized training cycle, which allows you to understand how to properly execute movements, getting the most out of the training while avoiding injuries. Our programs eliminate confusion and educate you on WHY this works (i.e., the order of exercises, number of sets and reps, tempo, rest periods, substitutions, and everything in between).

Customized nutrition plan

Your nutrition is critical to achieving your goals; the FitPlus team will work with you to ensure your meal plan fits your lifestyle rather than fitting your lifestyle into a meal plan. We will use a flexible dieting approach while still following scientific guidance to achieve your ideal body composition and optimize health and performance.

Identifying meal frequency, nutrient timing, individualized calorie and macronutrient targets, periodization, refeeds and diet breaks, supplementation, and essential health guidelines.

A live platform for the session

We use Skype, Zoom, or any platform that suits you and works better without interruption. We use our customized app for your training and nutrition plans and will go through that step by step together at the appropriate time.

Support & accountability

This is the glue that holds the strategies together. You will receive monthly updates, assessments, and adjustments to ensure your program is on point and progressing correctly. You'll have 24-7 access to your coach for questions, support, motivation, exercise critiques, adjustments, and more. We will conduct a weekly Check-in (for online program, phone call, or Skype call) and more. Our goal is to customize the accountability to fit your needs.
