Massage Therapy

A combination of deep tissue massage, stretching, and compression techniques are used for sports massage. Deep tissue therapeutic massage focuses on specific problem areas, with deep pressure applied during the massage. It will reduce muscle pain and joint soreness, increase flexibility, and speeds recovery from injuries or overworked muscles. For anyone participating in regular physical activity, sports massage therapy every week or two may be a great addition to your usual regime.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a modern treatment designed to ease muscular pain. It replaces injured tissue with fresh tissue of the same type. Needling creates a lesion that starts a process of physiological mechanisms remodeling injured and inflamed soft tissue.

Overall, needling is effective because it encourages your body to fix the injury and reduce the pain by naturally healing itself. 


Muscle Taping

When the tape is applied correctly, it lifts the skin, decompressing the layers of fascia, allowing for more significant movement of lymphatic fluid, which transports white blood cells throughout the body and removes waste products, cellular debris, and bacteria.
